Billing and Rent Roll Service

Mobius undertakes the following activities with regard to billing, maintaining and updating rent rolls

• Raise bills for rent according to the tenant specific agreement
• Reconcile rent rolls with leases or lease abstracts and check for any discrepancies which may arise, thus ensuring rent is being paid in accordance to the terms of the lease
• Monitor critical lease dates with regard to rent roll, lease renewal purpose etc and inform the client accordingly
• Provide property wide and tenant Specific details for owned properties of client
• Raise and process your CAM bills ensuring you receive the statements within the required time frame
• Sending triggers to client as and when the service payments are due
• Inform the client of outstanding payments and if any penalty is applicable as per the lease agreements
• Abstract insurance data from insurance agreements and support the client in providing ongoing surveillance to ensure compliance with terms of the agreement
