Lease analysis is a complex process which requires a thorough financial analysis and technical ability to calculate the cost incurred with various facility decisions. • Lease Expiration Alerts: Tracking the lease contracts coming to an end within a definite span of period (same / common period). We also analyze the estimated loss of revenue which might accrue from the nonrenewal of such contracts or non replacement of tenants and sending triggers to the clients accordingly
• Differential Rent Analysis: Tracking and identifying differential rents which are being paid by tenants occupying space in the same property, additionally provide tenant renewal and vacancy ratios
